Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unused or defective products within 30 days of the order date. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and proof of purchase may be required if we cannot verify your order information. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
Before shipping your return, all requests must be approved by our support team. Please email us at support@source4industries.com to receive return authorization and further instructions, including the appropriate return address, to avoid unnecessary fees.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. For freight carrier deliveries, any damages must be noted on the Freight Receipt before signing. Approved returns for defective or damaged items will qualify for an exchange or refund at no additional cost. However, if the damage is due to misuse or normal wear and tear, the return may be denied.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. For products made to order, cancellations cannot be processed once manufacturing has begun.
