Shipping Policy & Turnaround Time

Lead times may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, please note that these lead times are subject to change. If an item is in stock, we typically ship within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective delivery, we partner with a variety of carriers, including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• Various LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the relevant tracking information. Please note that certain orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail may not include a tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, dimensions of your items, and your location. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout. Please be aware that additional shipping fees may apply in cases such as:

• Changes to the delivery address after the order is placed
• Residential deliveries that require special services
• Deliveries requiring liftgate or forklift services that were not indicated at the time of order

Backorders

If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. Once the backordered item becomes available, we will ship it at no additional cost.

Expedited Shipping

For expedited shipping, please note that the delivery time estimate begins once the order has been processed by the manufacturer or supplier, not from the time of order placement. For accurate lead times on expedited shipments, please reach out to our sales or customer service team.
