Return and Refund Policy

At Source 4 Caster, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving the order for a refund. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

Restocking Fees: A 30% restocking fee may apply to non-warranty returns.

Custom or Special Orders are non-refundable.

Return Process: Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending back your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was shipped in error.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
