Shipping policy

At Source 4 Caster, we prioritize timely and economical shipping. We use UPS Ground as our primary method and offer other options, including expedited shipping and freight services. Sometimes we use FEDEX shipping as well. We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days, depending on product availability. UPS or FedEx tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order ships. If you are shipping a large amount of casters we may use another LTL shipping company.

For international shipments, additional duties or taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
