6" x 2" Extreme Duty Dual Wheel Kingpinless Swivel Caster with Ergolastomer Wheel
ASTM1045 steel, drop forged 5/16" thick top plate integrates with a forged 3" diameter precisely machined raceway with 1/2" ball bearings. The rig is hot forged for the highest density and hardened for durability and contains a 1/2" CNC machined grade 5 axle bolt and lock nut. Grease fittings are in the raceway and axle for maintenance. The rig also features 3/8" steel formed and double welded legs.
The Ergolastomer wheel is our toughest wheel that can provide some cushion for heavy-duty applications. These casters excel in harsh conditions, like rolling on asphalt. They are washable, chemical resistant, provide extreme impact strength, and will not produce flat spots.
